Please read carefully before booking your safari with Africano Paraiso.

Africano Paraiso Aventura Ltd is committed to safeguarding your privacy and handling personal data responsibly. By engaging with our website, booking services, or communicating with us, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share data with third parties without your consent.

We reserve the right to revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will take immediate effect upon being published on our website. By continuing to use our services or site after changes are made, you agree to be bound by the updated terms.

All website content, including text, images, branding, logos, and itineraries, is the exclusive property of Africano Paraiso Aventura Ltd. No material may be copied, reused, or redistributed without prior written permission.

All listed prices are quoted in US Dollars (USD) per person, unless stated otherwise. Final costs may vary due to factors such as changes in park fees, fuel prices, government taxes, or currency fluctuations. Price updates will be communicated prior to final payment.

Booking: A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to confirm your reservation. Full payment is due at least 61 days before the start of the trip.
Cancellation: Cancellations made within 61 days of departure will incur a 100% cancellation fee. We advise securing travel insurance that covers cancellation risks.

Clients may request modifications to their itinerary up to 61+ days before departure. Accepted changes may incur administrative fees ranging from $125 to $250, depending on the nature and timing of the request. Modifications within 61 days of departure are treated as cancellations.

All travelers are required to have comprehensive travel insurance covering medical expenses, emergency evacuation, trip cancellation, and loss or theft of belongings. Africano Paraiso shall not be liable for any claims arising from uninsured losses.

It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that all passports, visas, vaccination certificates, and other travel documents are valid and up to date. We accept no responsibility for denial of entry due to non-compliance with immigration or health regulations.

Africano Paraiso acts only as an intermediary between clients and transport providers (airlines, sea carriers). We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or lost baggage resulting from carrier operations.

Participation in safari and adventure travel involves inherent risks, including wildlife encounters, rugged terrain, illness, or injury. Clients are expected to follow all safety instructions provided by guides and staff. Africano Paraiso is not liable for incidents resulting from negligence or failure to follow instructions.

Africano Paraiso's liability is limited to a maximum of three times the total amount paid for the trip. We are not responsible for third-party services not explicitly included in our agreement or for indirect losses not reasonably foreseeable.

In the event of any issue, clients must immediately notify the relevant service provider (e.g., hotel or camp) or our travel manager. All complaints must be submitted in writing within 28 days of returning home. Failure to do so may impact your claim.

Clients are expected to respect local customs, laws, and regulations throughout their trip. Africano Paraiso is not liable for consequences resulting from violations.

Africano Paraiso is not responsible for disruptions caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, wars, or political unrest. Refunds in such cases are not guaranteed but will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Tanzanian law. Any disputes shall be settled by the courts of Arusha, Tanzania.
