Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport, you’ll be warmly welcomed by your Africano Paraiso guide. Sit back and relax as you’re transferred to your charming lodge in Arusha, a peaceful town nestled beneath the shadow of Mount Meru.

Depending on your arrival time, you may have a chance to unwind by the pool, enjoy a scenic garden walk, or simply rest after your journey. Your safari briefing will follow in the evening, where your guide will walk you through the incredible adventure ahead.

After breakfast, you’ll catch a scenic flight from Arusha to the Serengeti, enjoying aerial views of Tanzania’s vast wilderness. Depending on the season, you’ll land in either the Northern Serengeti near the Mara River (June–October) or the Southern Ndutu Plains (December–March), perfectly timed for the Great Migration.

Upon arrival, your safari begins immediately with a game drive through the wildlife-rich plains. Expect sightings of wildebeest, zebras, and possibly the Big Five as you make your way to camp.

Witnessing the Great Migration in the Serengeti is a powerful encounter with nature. As dawn breaks, you set out across the golden plains, where over a million wildebeest, zebras, and gazelles move in search of greener pastures.

The thunder of hooves fills the air, herds stretching endlessly across the horizon. Predators like lions and cheetahs follow closely, while crocodiles await at river crossings—each moment charged with tension and survival.

From peaceful grazing to dramatic chases, every scene reflects nature’s rhythm in its purest form.

After a relaxed breakfast, head south through the Togoro plains and Mbuzi Mawe kopjes — a scenic route with chances to spot everything from dik-diks to elephants along the way.

By midday, arrive in Seronera, known as “Big Cat Country,” where lions, cheetahs, and leopards thrive among the acacia trees and rocky outcrops. In the evening, settle into your Serengeti accommodation and enjoy a gourmet dinner surrounded by the peaceful sounds of the wild.

After breakfast, depart the Serengeti and journey toward the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, passing through some of Tanzania’s most wildlife-rich terrain. Keep your camera ready for sightings of migrating herds, giraffes, antelopes, and elusive predators like leopards and cheetahs, with your guide tracking the movement along the way.

You’ll then descend into the caldera for a thrilling game drive in a private open-roof vehicle. Within this ancient volcanic bowl lies a thriving ecosystem, home to the Big Five, including the rare black rhino, along with lions, hippos, and abundant birdlife.

By afternoon, ascend the crater walls and continue to your lodge for a well-earned evening of rest and reflection.

Experience the wilder side of Ngorongoro on a 4–6 hour guided walk along its remote crater rim. Far from tourist routes, this trek takes you through acacia woodlands, Maasai communities, and volcanic highlands with sweeping views. While walking inside the crater is not allowed, the rim offers unmatched solitude and perspective. Optional highlights include views of Olmoti and Empakaai craters and a picnic lunch in the wild — a rare, immersive journey into nature’s untouched beauty.

After breakfast, head to Lake Eyasi for a rare cultural encounter with the Hadzabe and Datoga tribes. Join the Hadzabe on a traditional morning hunt and witness their unique hunter-gatherer lifestyle. Then, visit the Datoga blacksmiths and learn about their age-old metalwork techniques.

This immersive experience offers a glimpse into ancient ways of life that still thrive today. In the afternoon, return to your lodge or continue your journey through Tanzania’s rich cultural landscape.

After breakfast, depart from Karatu for a scenic two-hour drive to Tarangire National Park, passing Maasai villages and wide-open savannahs along the way.

Your game drive begins upon arrival, taking you through golden plains and along the Tarangire River — a lifeline for wildlife during the dry season. The park is known for its iconic baobabs, massive elephant herds, and diverse species including zebras, antelopes, and giraffes.

Enjoy a picnic lunch with river views (keep an eye out for playful monkeys), then continue your drive in search of lions, leopards, buffalo, and rarities like the Greater Kudu and Fringe-Eared Oryx.

As the day ends, head to your lodge for dinner and a peaceful overnight stay.

After breakfast, your guide will escort you to the airport for your international flight — hearts full and memories made.
