About Brubru Lodge

Brubru Lodge is a welcoming retreat in the leafy Shanty Town neighbourhood of Moshi, offering a peaceful place to unwind before or after exploring northern Tanzania. Its garden setting and relaxed atmosphere suit couples, friends and independent travellers combining a safari with time around Mount Kilimanjaro.

Guests can cool off in the swimming pool, relax in the garden or enjoy a meal at the on-site restaurant. Comfortable rooms provide a restful base between excursions, while Wi-Fi, laundry services and luggage storage help make a longer journey easier.

For Eagle Overland’s 13-day itinerary, Brubru is our Explorer accommodation choice for the Moshi portion of the journey. Staying at one base for three nights avoids repeated packing while allowing separate outings to Chemka Hot Springs, Materuni Waterfalls and the Marangu side of Kilimanjaro. These excursions require road transfers and are arranged separately from the accommodation.

Our selected room is the Brubru Classic Room, with breakfast included under the mapped accommodation contract. Room availability, bed configuration and any additional meals are confirmed in your quotation.
