Kilimanjaro-Airport

Arrival in Arusha – Gateway to the Northern Circuit
Touch down at Kilimanjaro International Airport, where your safari guide will welcome you and transfer you to a tranquil lodge in Arusha. Set among lush gardens or coffee estates, your lodge offers the perfect base to rest before your journey begins.
In the afternoon, relax and enjoy Mount Meru views, or explore the local market if time allows. A pre-safari briefing in the evening prepares you for the days ahead.
Start your safari with a walking experience in Arusha National Park, led by an armed ranger. Walk through open grasslands and misty forests, spotting giraffes, buffalo, and black-and-white colobus monkeys.
Later, enjoy a peaceful canoe ride on Momella Lake, surrounded by flamingos and forested hills. This is Tanzania’s most underrated park — ideal for slow, immersive exploration.
Leave the city behind and travel west toward Enduimet Wildlife Management Area, located between Mount Kilimanjaro and the Kenyan border. This community-managed wilderness is known for elephants, giraffes, and scenic acacia plains.
Check into your eco-camp with views of Kilimanjaro and spend the late afternoon on a light walk or cultural visit to a local Maasai boma, gaining insight into the lifestyle and conservation work of the area.

Explore the region on foot with local guides who know the terrain, wildlife movements, and medicinal plants. Enduimet’s walking safaris are rich in experience and low on intrusion — ideal for travelers who want to connect deeply with the land.
After lunch, visit a local women’s cooperative or livestock market, where daily life unfolds as it has for generations. This is one of Tanzania’s best examples of wildlife and people living in harmony.

W-Kilimanjaro

Transfer to West Kilimanjaro – Savannah & Solitude
This morning, drive further into the wild landscapes of West Kilimanjaro, a quiet and scenic area dotted with volcanic hills, open plains, and incredible views of both Kilimanjaro and Mount Meru.
Enjoy an afternoon game drive or nature walk in this little-known corner of Tanzania. With few visitors, the land feels vast and personal — a perfect place to unwind as your safari nears its end.

Day 6
Arusha

Sunrise Views & Return to Arusha / Departure
Wake up early for one last sunrise view of Mount Kilimanjaro. After breakfast, begin the drive back to Arusha, enjoying scenic countryside and farewell views of the highlands.
Depending on your flight time, you’ll be dropped off at Kilimanjaro International Airport or enjoy a day room in Arusha before your onward journey.
